Today's plan was a bit lousy as i didnt get time to do grocery. so i managed to do with what i had.
i will go for grocery tonight. so dinner will be served as per that.
Breakfast

1 cucumber
made almost 710 ml juice
Lunch
12:00 pm
The Greenery
2 cups spinach
1 whole red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 /4 Jalepeno
1 asian pear
1 cup lettuce
1 cup Blueberry
few grapes
1 red apple
made almost 710 ml
Snacks
Time : 1:30pm
coffee : 2 milk 2 sugar
Time : 3: 00 pm
The Turmeric
3 Celery sticks
1 orange Pepper
1 orange
made 600 ml
